Questions
Do you store my data?
Not while you fill in the form: that all happens on your phone. After you pay and press send, your email text and attachment are kept only until the last email has gone out (1 to 2 days, never more than 72 hours) and then deleted. We keep the PayPal order number for our accounts.
Who sends the emails?
We do, from our own address, as "Your Name via RenterIntro". Reply-To is your address, so every answer lands in your inbox, and you get a copy of the first email.
Which agencies?
Rental agencies (makelaars) with a public email address in your city. We left out agencies that asked not to be contacted. You get the full list by email when sending is done.
Does it replace Pararius or Funda?
No. Keep applying there. Many agencies rent out homes before they reach the big sites, and this puts you on their radar.
Can you promise me a home?
No one can. In our own test, about 1 in 7 agencies replied. What you get is one strong email in front of every agency in your city, in an afternoon instead of weeks.
Who made this?
Mario, who built it for his own search in Utrecht and now opens it to others.
