Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract is made.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Mario Behrends, RenterIntro, Caspar-Rudolf-Str. 7, 26802 Moormerland, Germany, email mario@studyfinderai.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction (PayPal), unless we expressly agree otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.

When the right of withdrawal ends early

The RenterIntro agency outreach is digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium. Your right of withdrawal ends early once we start delivering it, if before payment you (1) expressly agreed that we start before the withdrawal period ends and (2) confirmed that you know you lose your right of withdrawal when delivery starts, and (3) we gave you a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium (Section 356(5) BGB). We ask for (1) and (2) with a checkbox before payment.

Voluntary refund

On top of your legal rights: if RenterIntro does not work for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of payment, even after the right of withdrawal has ended. Send your PayPal order ID to mario@studyfinderai.com. We refund the full amount through PayPal, usually within 7 days. After a refund the unlock no longer counts as paid.
